Hello!!!
My name is Dani, I'm a self-taught artist who draws frogs as a way of holding onto warmth, luck, and home.
My whole life I've been surrounded by frogs because of my grandma, María, who would claim her luck came from them. Trinkets, pictures, statues– frogs all over my grandma's house.
I started drawing frogs for her. Now, I draw them to remember her (and carry a little of her luck with me).
When I create a piece, I strive to create places where people feel like home– to recreate the feeling I had by my grandmother's side.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you, my fellow frog, for giving me the opportunity to make this happen. I hope this journey goes a long way.
